Adkhana Refund Policy - Effective Date: 3 March 2026

Adkhana offers optional paid services such as featured ads, membership plans, and banner advertising placements. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments may or may not be refunded.

By purchasing any paid service on Adkhana, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made for paid services on Adkhana are non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined below.

Ad placements, featured ads, and membership plans are considered digital services and are activated immediately after payment. Therefore, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been delivered or activated.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after purchasing a service.
  • Your ad does not generate expected results, views, or sales.
  • You enter incorrect information in your ad.
  • Your ad is removed due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • You fail to use the purchased service within the validity period.

Adkhana does not guarantee sales, leads, or business outcomes from any paid promotion.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • A technical error on Adkhana’s side prevents activation of the paid service.
  • You were paid multiple times for the same service due to a banking system error.
  • The purchased service was not delivered as described.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the payment date.

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Approval is at Adkhana’s sole discretion.

4. Banner Advertising Refunds

For homepage header banners or other banner placements:

  • Once the banner campaign has started, no refund will be issued.
  • If cancellation is requested before the campaign goes live, partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative costs.
  • No refunds will be given for lack of clicks, impressions, or conversions.

Advertisers are responsible for providing correct banner materials on time.

5. Account Suspension and Refunds

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions:

  • No refund will be provided for active or unused paid services.
  • Any remaining promotional period will be forfeited.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Adkhana is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

Adkhana reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of paid services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
