Each ad has a contact section where you can chat, call, message, or WhatsApp the seller directly. For better safety, we recommend communicating through Adkhana’s messaging system.

Go to My Listings in your dashboard, select the ad you want to edit, update the details, and submit the changes.

Yes. Your dashboard shows how many people have viewed your ad and how many messages you have received.
Membership & Promotion
Q15: What is the difference between free and premium membership?
Free Membership:
Allows you to post up to 3 free ads with standard visibility.
Premium Membership:
Provides additional ad slots, priority placement, featured listings, and improved exposure to potential buyers.
Q16: Can I promote my ad for better reach?
Yes. Adkhana offers promotion options such as Featured Ads, which help your listing reach more potential buyers.
Q17: How long does a promoted ad stay featured?
Featured ads remain highlighted for 7 days from the time the promotion is activated. However, all ads on Adkhana have a maximum listing duration of 30 days. If you promote an ad close to its expiration date, the featured period will only remain active until the ad expires.
For example, if an ad is promoted on the 26th day, it will stay featured for only 4 days, because the ad will automatically expire after 30 days.
Q18: How long does a membership last on Adkhana?
All premium memberships on Adkhana are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the membership expires automatically.
Q19: What happens if I post an ad after buying a membership?
Any ad you post during your membership period will remain active until the membership expires. For example, if you buy a membership today and post an ad after 5 days, the ad will expire on the same date as your membership — not 30 days from posting.
Q20: Can I extend the duration of my ads beyond the membership expiry?
No. All ads posted under a premium membership are tied to the membership period. To keep ads active longer, you must renew or purchase a new membership.
Q21: If I post multiple ads during my membership, do they all expire together?
Yes. All ads posted during a single membership period will expire on the same day the membership ends, regardless of when each ad was posted.
Q22: How can I get full duration for each ad?
To ensure your ad gets the full 30 days of visibility, post it immediately after activating your membership. Delaying posting will shorten the ad’s active period to match the membership expiry date.
Payments & Security
Q23: What payment methods are available for premium services?
Adkhana accepts bank transfers as the official payment method for all premium services.
All payments are verified before your premium membership or promotion is activated. Please ensure you follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid delays.
Q24: Is my personal information safe on Adkhana?
