Yes. Creating an account and posting up to 3 free ads is completely free. For more visibility and advanced features, users can upgrade to premium membership options.
Yes, you must create a free account to post, manage, and track your ads. Browsing ads does not require an account, but registration is necessary for posting ads and contacting via chat to other users.
Click the “Account” icon at the top of the website, enter your email and phone number, verify your account, and set a password.
Yes, anyone can browse ads for free. Logging in is only required for posting ads, contacting sellers via chat, or saving favorite listings.
Buying & Selling
Log in to your account, click the “Post Ad” button, fill in all product details, upload clear photos, set a price, and submit the ad. Choose the correct category and location to improve visibility.
Each ad has a contact section where you can chat, call, message, or WhatsApp the seller directly. For better safety, we recommend communicating through Adkhana’s messaging system.
To stay safe while trading online, follow these tips:

Be cautious when making advance payments and only pay trusted sellers.
Verify product details and ask for receipts or proof when possible.

Yes. Many sellers are open to negotiation. Use the chat option to communicate politely and agree on a reasonable price.
Most ads are approved and published within 24 hours. Featured ads may receive faster approval and higher visibility.
Account Management
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Yes. Send an account deletion request from your registered email address to support@adkhana.com. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Go to My Listings in your dashboard, select the ad you want to edit, update the details, and submit the changes.
Yes. Your dashboard shows how many people have viewed your ad and how many messages you have received.
Membership & Promotion
Free Membership:
Allows you to post up to 3 free ads with standard visibility.
Premium Membership:
Provides additional ad slots, priority placement, featured listings, and improved exposure to potential buyers.
Yes. Adkhana offers promotion options such as Featured Ads, which help your listing reach more potential buyers.
Featured ads remain highlighted for 7 days from the time the promotion is activated. However, all ads on Adkhana have a maximum listing duration of 30 days. If you promote an ad close to its expiration date, the featured period will only remain active until the ad expires.
For example, if an ad is promoted on the 26th day, it will stay featured for only 4 days, because the ad will automatically expire after 30 days.
All premium memberships on Adkhana are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the membership expires automatically.
Any ad you post during your membership period will remain active until the membership expires. For example, if you buy a membership today and post an ad after 5 days, the ad will expire on the same date as your membership — not 30 days from posting.
No. All ads posted under a premium membership are tied to the membership period. To keep ads active longer, you must renew or purchase a new membership.
Yes. All ads posted during a single membership period will expire on the same day the membership ends, regardless of when each ad was posted.
To ensure your ad gets the full 30 days of visibility, post it immediately after activating your membership. Delaying posting will shorten the ad’s active period to match the membership expiry date.
Payments & Security
Adkhana accepts bank transfers as the official payment method for all premium services.
All payments are verified before your premium membership or promotion is activated. Please ensure you follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid delays.
Yes. Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy, and we do not share personal information without your consent. We recommend you to always use Adkhana’s official channels for communication.
